Kanatir Kinetics designs uncrewed aircraft and the mission software that runs on them. The work is engineering that has to survive contact with real hardware, real power, real timing and real field conditions, and be documented well enough that someone can check it.

Director of Operations
Turning intent into delivered work on a schedule. Ottawa preferred.
This is the role that makes everything else possible: programme structure and delivery cadence, supply chain and vendor management for carrier hardware, contract execution and deliverable tracking, recruitment and onboarding, and the operating discipline that keeps commitments and evidence aligned.
You would own the question of whether what was promised is actually being delivered, and be empowered to say when it is not.
What we need
- Operations leadership in hardware, defence, aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
- Genuine ownership of supply chain, vendor relationships and delivery schedules.
- Comfort building process where none exists, without importing more process than the work can carry.
- The judgment to distinguish a schedule that is slipping from a schedule that has failed, and to act early on the first.
- Someone who envisions, builds and directs, rather than administers.
What this is not
Not a coordinator role. You would be shaping how the company executes, not tracking someone else's plan.
