Kanatir Kinetics designs uncrewed aircraft and the mission software that runs on them. The work is engineering that has to survive contact with real hardware, real power, real timing and real field conditions, and be documented well enough that someone can check it.

Verification and Systems Engineer
Adversarial testing, requirements traceability, and the evidence that every claim rests on.
For what we build, the evidence is as much the product as the software. This role owns that evidence.
Building adversarial test corpora across tampered, malformed, stale and unauthorised cases. Running parameterized scenario sweeps for inter-source conflict, degradation and dropout. Maintaining a requirements traceability matrix in which every claim maps to a named artefact and a verification method. Running exit-criteria evidence audits that record what is genuinely supported and what is not.
You would be the person who reads evidence back from disk before it is accepted, and who says "that is not supported" when it is not.
What we need
- Test and verification engineering in a regulated, safety-critical or assurance-driven environment.
- Requirements traceability you have actually maintained, not just read about.
- Comfort designing negative tests and adversarial cases.
- Willingness to be the person who blocks a claim, and the standing to make it hold.
What this is not
Not QA appended to the end of a sprint. The verification approach shapes the architecture, and you would be in those conversations from the start.
